OBJECT LAUNCHES INNOVATIVE CAPSULE COLLECTION

OBJECT partners with fabric innovator Evrnu in a collaboration of creative expression and advanced technology.

OBJECT introduces a small capsule collection made with Nucycl, a fiber made from cotton-rich textile waste, replacing virgin tree pulp.

Nucycl is a fiber that can be regenerated through the same process over and over. The name 'Nucycl' reflects Evrnu’s regenerative technology that turns textile waste into pristine “new” fibers, allowing for multiple cycles of recycling.

OBJECT's commitment to sustainability is echoed through the voices of key representatives, each bringing unique insights and expertise to the collaboration with Evrnu.

Question for Charlotte Neergaard Madsen, Sustainability Responsible at OBJECT: What makes this partnership unique in the fashion industry, and how is Object implementing Evrnu’s groundbreaking Nucycl fiber?

Our partnership with Evrnu marks a significant milestone for OBJECT. We are proud to incorporate Nucycl into our current collection, promoting circularity and reducing waste.

At OBJECT, we want to lower our environmental impact, and using innovative fibers such as Nucycl is a way to demonstrate this commitment. For this collaboration, we have created three exquisite garments.

Question for Stacy Flynn, Co-Founder of Evrnu: How does Nucycl compare to other fabric methods, and what specific benefits does it bring to the textile industry?

Nucycl sets itself apart from other fabric recycling methods as it creates new fabrics on par with, or even higher quality than, the original virgin fiber.

This exceptional characteristic offers the textile industry an alternative without compromising on performance. By repurposing textile waste into Nucycl fiber, we reduce our reliance on virgin resources, paving the way for a fashion economy where waste is transformed into valuable resources.
